Okay, I just updated the Serializer Page w/ the Serializer .NET Library v1.2.2.3 release, and the Serializer v1.4.2 firmware, and also updated the MSDN documentation.   See the examples in the MSDN documentation under each motor controller for help on reading velocities.

I'll update the Serializer User Guide tomorrow to reflect the 'vel' command change.
