where find the sources of .NET library because i think the pidcontroler hasn't be correct (cf rotationAngle) the robot turn only in the same direction

The source code for the .NET library isn't available yet, but we are planning on making it open source soon.
I did fix a bug in the .NET lib last December regarding this, but I've yet to release the fix because I haven't decided how to add some PID status functionality.
I should be able to get it out in 3 weeks (I have a new baby girl to help take care of right now). :)
