Problem Serializer with Rs 232 Module

Problem Serializer with Rs 232 Module

Hi to all robot users
we are new to use traxster kit level 1 we got product about 1 month but we dont know how to use it our teacher assambled the kit configurtaion now we are trying to use it we using RS 232 MODULE and we have usb module too we correctly did jumper configritiıons too now firstly we opened ebox 2300 and we can use it but our teacher said we can use traxster directly using Pc now we are trying to estabilish to serializer to pc.As ı Said we use Rs 232 Module and USb Moıdule we tried to connect but in the VS 2005 we used gui programs which exist in your website (roboticconnection) but it says the serial port could not be oopened what we can do ı read alll threads it but we dont know what to do how to use serial port or how to connect it by Vs2005 What can we do canu help?
