Communication ebox - serializer

Hi, i'm having problems with the serial communications. First, i get a IO exception, i connect the serializer with my laptop and works fine, searching on the web i found some modifications to the serial driver, this modifications stop the exception, but the communication didn't work. I tryed using COM1, and COM2, load the WCE image with /C:0, and still without work. So, someone knows how to make the eBox's serial ports work???????? i'm doing something wrong????
