I"m not getting anywhere with this thing.  I assembled the Stinger with serializer and tested it out with hyperterm.  All is good.

Can someone give me a hint how a manifest would look for just the basic Stinger?  Just the motors.  I've been reading the MSRS documentation for two weeks and I have nothing.
