All papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI. 

This conference will be held in Wuhan, which is one of the largest cities in China on the banks of the Yangtze River. 

It is in Hubei Province where the Three Gorges Dams are located.

Full papers will be due by 30 Sept 2008 for review
