30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
Summerour Robotics Corporation warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days. If you discover a defect, Summerour Robotics Corporation will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price.
We strive to ship only perfect products to our customers and in the event that a product arrives w/ a damaged part from us, we will definitely work with you to replace it. We will also be honest and fair as long as you're honest and fair with us.
After 30 days, products can still be sent in for repair or replacement, but there will be a $10.00 USD minimum inspection/labor/repair fee (not including return shipping and handling charges).
15-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If, within 15 days of having received your product, you find that it does not suit your needs, you may return it for a refund.
Summerour Robotics Corporation will refund the purchase price of the product in the same payment form, excluding shipping/handling costs, once the product is received and verified by Summerour Robotics Corporation that all contents are accounted for and in original working order.
This refund does not apply if the product has been altered or damaged. If you do decide to return the products after the 15-day evaluation period, a 15% restocking fee will be charged against the credit.
RETURNS
When returning a product, you must first call or email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)number. No packages will be accepted without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
After inspecting and testing, we will return your product, or its replacement using the same shipping method used to ship the product to Summerour Robotics Corporation within 30 days.
If a warranty applies, and we have to ship your item back to you, it's free of charge. In your package, please include a daytime telephone number and a brief explanation of the problem.
Please contact our Sales Department via email (using one of the email addresses on our Customer Support page) or by phone, if you have any questions regarding our warranty policy or if you are requesting an RMA number.
DISCLAIMER
Any product which has been ALTERED, MODIFIED, or DAMAGED voids our warranty on any and all products. Summerour Robotics Corporation makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness of the product for any particular purpose even if that purpose is known to Summerour Robotics Corporation, or any warranty relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property. Summerour Robotics Corporation shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or loss of profits resulting from the handling or use of the product shipped. Our products should not be used in any life-threatening, life-critical, or life-supporting products.
A finance charge of 1.75% per month (21% APR) will be charged on all past due amounts. All attorney fees will also be charged by Summerour Robotics Corporation in the event of any action proceeding for collection of the sums billed on the invoice.
Anyone suspected of purchasing products from Summerour Robotics Corporation using a fraudulent or stolen credit or debit cards will be turned into the our gateway credit processing company and the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC - www.ifccfbi.gov).
Furthermore, by using this site, you have agreed that jurisdiction for any actions regarding this site, www.roboticsconnection.comTM or Summerour Robotics Corporation will be held in our home county.
