| We continually strive to improve communication with our customers, as well as optimize the way we response to customer questions. In doing so, we have decided to replace our old open source forum with a new, commercially available forum, which is a lot easier to maintain, provides far better search capabilites, and has some very useful capabilities. Our new forum engine uses InstantForum.NET, and I can say that we really, really like it! It's very easy to install, configure, and maintain, and has excellent user documentation. It's very reasonably priced, and worth every penny. So, we will be migrating old topics to the new one over the next month, but feel free to post any questions that you may have (or can't find via searching). We will be keeping the old depricated forum around until we feel that our new forum contains all of the older pertinent posts. We will be removing duplicated/similar posts/questions as well.
