We set this forum up to improve tech support and communication for customers regarding the Windows Embedded Robotic Challenge (WERoC).

There are a few simple rules:

1. Before asking a question, search the various topics and threads to see if an answer to your question already exists.
2. Use a descriptive phrase in the Subject line, pertaining to your specific problem.  This will help other customers find answers to similar questions using a quick search.  Refrain from using vague phrases like "My Serializer doesn't work" in the description.  A phrase such as "I cannot communicate with my Serializer via Hyperterm", is more descriptive, and useful.
3. Keep your posts clean.  Please do not use vulgar language.
