Because in some set-ups, its port names are not correct.

I hope it helps.
Umut

Another Ebox 4300 serial port issue

Hi all. First post.

I have 2 serial ports showing and com1 works as the debug port, but other than that I cannot send or receive any information at all. I can open them fine, I get no error messages, but no actual data transmission takes place.

I saw some posts of others complaining about something similar and saw a cure about enabling them via the regedit on the ce machine but now I can't find it....

Anyone any ideas?

thanx
