The only difference is that we ran an additional line out to the 2x7 header for the TTL Serial TX 5V line on the v1.1 version (and went with a more common sized barrel jack).  You can access the TTL Serial RX 5V line at the middle pin of the XBee/USB jumper header on either version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have v1.0, you will need to tie into the PIC TX pin for TX.  The XBee TX pin is 3.3V, goes through a level converter, and would be harder to interface to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're looking at the Reader in an orientation where you can read the "RoboticsConnection.com" logo on the antenna, the TX pin on the PIC is the 3rd pin down on the left hand side of the PIC.
