I was wondering if anyone could provide me with more details on the encoder attached to the 7.2V 100oz-in. DC Gearhead Motor (which I assume is the same motor used in the Stinger robot kit). What kind of encoder is it (optical slit, optical reflective, magnetic, contact, etc). A manufacturer and part number, or just a datasheet would be very useful.
