hello all,

I recently purchased a Serializer and a ebox 4300, i also got the USB adapter for the serializer. I have no problems uploading and making programs for Windows CE 6.0, however it seems it wont properly connect to the serializer. Reports errors when i run from my development station and basically the serializer does nothing(PID CE demo as well). Also it has that issue where it reports to name the driver when i originally plug the serializer in. Anyway,

I have seen on some of the previous threads that someone had the same issue with the 2300. I havn't made a custom CE image yet and i am using the one which comes on the unit.
Is this an issue? Is this an issue cause i am using the serializer USB adapter?
Also just out of interest, does anyone know if the usb ports come up as additional com ports or will it auto config.

Any feedback would be appreciated,

Thanks

pete

For anyone who is out there.
The USB adapter connector on the serializer does not sync to the EBOX 4300.
Get the rs232 adapter or make a ttl converter.
Thanks
