hello Mohammad Al-Shamsi,
Your question has been brought up several times on this forum
for different products that use a serial port for control.
The short answer is No it can't. The Serializers serial port is
only for control of the serializer. The Serializer can talk to external
controllers through I2C (see documentation), this is how it works
with the RoboticsConnection I/O Wizard.
If you intend to use both the Serializer and your Parallax device
you will need two serial ports on your main computer.

| Mohammed, Don is correct. The serial port on the Serializer is used solely to communicate with it, and not to communication with peripheral serial devices. Best Regards,
